Enable IMAP in Gmail

In order to extract emails from the Gmail we must have to enable the IMAP access from the Settings. Below is the step by step procedure to enable IMAP in Gmail:

 

1. Click Settings Icon from top-right corner

2. Then click Settings


 

3. Then click Forwarding and POP / IMAP


 

4. Then click Enable IMAP


 

5. Then click SAVE

 

You are done. You have successfully enabled the IMAP for gmail !!!

How to extract email from AOL.com email

Extract Any Mail Pro can extract any email. Sometimes our customers find difficulties to extract email from Aol.com email. In order to extract email, you need to enable "Allow apps that use less secure sign in". Here is the step by step procedure to do that:

 

Enable Less Secure app in Aol:

  • Sign in to your account
  • Click Assistant from the left side panel. A new webpage will appear

 

 

  • Click Account Security from the left side panel
  • Then Enable Allow apps that use less secure sign in

Note: If you have two-step verification enabled, you may not see the "Allow apps that use less secure sign-in" option.

 

You are done here. Now open Extract Any Mail Pro and add your account with the IMAP settings.


Imap Settings for AOL:

  • IMAP Server: imap.aol.com
  • Imap Port: 993
  • SSL: Enabled

 

Then Click Start Task.  Extract Any Mail Pro will able to extract email from the Aol.com email.

Enable the .NET Framework 3.5 on Windows 10, Windows 8.1, and Windows 8

You can enable the .NET Framework 3.5 through the Windows Control Panel. This option requires an Internet connection.

  1. Press the Windows key Windows Windows logo on your keyboard, type "Windows Features", and press Enter. The Turn Windows features on or off dialog box appears.

  2. Select the .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) check box, select OK, and reboot your computer if prompted.

 

You don't need to select the child items for Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) HTTP Activation and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) Non-HTTP Activation unless you're a developer or server administrator who requires this functionality.

How to Change Administrator’s Password in Windows Server 2012 R2

The following article enable users to change the Administrator Password for Windows Server 

2012 R2/Windows Server 2016. To change the administrator’s password in Windows Server 

2012 R2 or Windows Server 2016, simply complete the following steps: 

 

    1. Log in as Administrator User to your Windows Server 2012 R2 or Windows Server 2016. 


    2. Press Ctrl+Alt+End if you logged in to the Windows Server via RDP. Using this combo, We will find below options:


 

    3. Select Change a password. 

 

 

  4.  Type your old administrator password, your new password, and then confirm your new 

        password. Your new password must satisfy the following criteria: 


           •   Be at least 10 symbols

           •   Use a combination of numbers as well as uppercase and lowercase letters

           •   Not be a repeat from any of the last 5 previously used passwords

           •   Not include your login, first name or last name


    5.  Press Enter to complete. 

    6. Then restart your RDP.

 

Congratulations! You have changed your administrator password in Windows Server 2012 R2 

/ 2016.

Extract Any Mail Pro provides full support for both IMAP and POP with both SSL and TLS. You can easily configure protonmail in Extract Any Mail Pro. Here goes the step by step instruction on how to configure protonmail IMAP in Extract Any Mail Pro:

 

Step 1: According to ProtonMail documentation, you must install ProtonMail bridge first. Download and install bridge according to this tutorial:

Step 2: After installing the bridge, add your account.

Step 3: Finally use the below configuration in Extract Any Mail Pro IMAP settings:

IMAP Server Name: 127,0,0,1
Port: 1143
Enable SSL: True
Username: Your full email ID

My license key is saying invalid

I bought license key but my laptop crashed/lost and now I am trying the license key to a new laptop but the license key is invalid.

 

You can not use the license key to multiple systems. All our license key price is too low. So if you own 2 system then you must purchase 2 license keys. There is some customer who requests us to provide two system license, one for home and another for office. But again to work in 2 system you must purchase 2 licenses.

 

What if I format my laptop?

Once you reinstall the OS you can not use that license key. You must need to unregister the key before the reinstallation of OS.

 

How to move the license key to a new system?

If you want to move your license key to a new system then open the software. Press Register. You can see Unregister button in the Registration window. Just press Unregister. A message will confirm that your license key has been unregistered successfully. Now you are free to install and use the license key in a new system.

 

What if I lost my laptop?

If your system crash or lost then we are very sorry for your loss, but really we can not help you with the license key. The whole system is automated and there is nothing to do for us. You have to purchase a new license key in that case.

I can not find gpedit.msc in my computer

After recent windows update you can not open Remote Desktop. Getting authentication error, This could be due to CredSSP Oracle Remidiation error. To solve the issue we published a solution here:

However to solve the issue you have to access gpedit.msc file. But in Microsoft Windows 10 Home edition you can not find gpedit.msc file. Here goes an alternative solution to solve CredSSP Oracle Remidiation authentication error:

 

1. Run Command Prompt as  Administrator


 

2. Run the following command

REG  ADD HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\CredSSP\Parameters\ /v AllowEncryptionOracle /t REG_DWORD /d 2

 

Make sure to copy and paste exactly as it is (yellow colored background).

 

This should fix your authentication issue with remote desktop.

Remote desktop connection error - solved

I was using my Remote Desktop fine. Suddenly after 8th May, 2018 it is not connecting showing a strange error message. Here goes the screenshot:


 


This happened due to the May, 8 security update to the OS from Microsoft. If you update your remote desktop server as well then the issue will be solved.

 

Here goes another solution:

1. Right-click Windows Start button then click Run.


 

 

 

2. In Run window type gpedit.msc and press OK to run Local Group Policy Editor.


 

 


3. Go to Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Credentials Delegation -> Encryption Oracle Remediation


 

 


4. Double Click Encryption Oracle Remediation to edit its value. Change it to Enable and in Protection level, change back to Vulnerable.

When you run Email Sorter you are getting the following error message

Microsoft C++ 2012 redistributable runtime is not installed on this machine. Press ok to view solution online.

To solve the issue you must install VC++ 2012 x86 redistributable.

Download From Microsoft

Run the setup file.

After successful installation, run Email Sorter again. Enjoy. Frown

Extract Any Mail Pro license key showing invalid

Most often we get support request regarding Extract Any Mail Pro license key not working or showing invalid. Our license system allows a user to use one license key to one system only. You can not use the same license key to multiple systems. To use our software on multiple systems you must purchase multiple licenses. If you are using the license key for the first time but still having a problem then please follow below steps:

 

  • Restart the Software and press Register.
  • Type the license key properly. Do not copy and paste. Please note that all our license keys are small caps containing both alphabets and numbers.
  • Each license key must be 8 characters long.
